There are 2 options for Underwear. The fabric is a high quality, soft 95% cotton for a trim fit while being light and comfortable to wear. Specially designed with discreet pockets for Phoenix Hipwear Shields, to provide advanced hip protection.
Brief - This style has a higher leg. It is only available in 4 sizes - S, M, L, XL. For a wider range of sizes the Full Fit Boxer is the best option.
Full Fit Boxer - This is a full boxer style with a longer boy leg. The body and gusset of this style is much roomier so it is not as fitted. This style has the widest range of sizes.
If incontinence products such as pads or pull-ups are used, or if you intend to wear these over your normal underwear, please choose ONE size up.

How to measure to select the correct size
Phoenix Hipwear garments with hip protector shields are designed to protect the hips from injuries in a fall. While they may help lessen the severity of the impact in a fall, it does not guarantee that they will prevent a hip fracture.
