We want you to be happy!

If for any reason after purchasing you decide that Phoenix Hipwear isn't right for you, we've got you covered.

For health and hygiene reasons we can't accept any underwear back that has been worn, so you get to keep these.

Simply return the shields and we'll refund you the entire amount of your order, excluding shipping.

Simply email us and tell us why you don't wish to continue using Phoenix Hipwear and we'll arrange for your refund. It's that simple.

Not sure which set, or which size?

A few quick questions: who it’s for, what it’s worn under, and how you’re built, and we’ll name the exact product and size. Free exchange if we get it wrong.
