How to Measure
1. Stand relaxed in a normal standing position.
2. Run the measuring tape all the way around the hips at the widest part (as indicated in the diagram). The tape measure needs to go all the way around the body.
Note: This is not your waist or where you put your hands on your hips. The area is below your waist as indicated in the diagram below.
3. If any incontinence products are worn, choose one size up.
4. The Active Sports Shorts are a snug, fitted style. If you measure near the higher end of a size and you don't like your clothing tight, we recommend you choose the next size up. For example, if you measure 34 inches and like your clothes snug and fitted, choose XS, however if you prefer a more comfortable, relaxed fit, choose the S.
5. Sizes are for Phoenix Hipwear garments and may be different from your normal clothing size.
