Shipping policy

United States: shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1–2 business days and usually arrive within 3–7 business days with tracking.

International (United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand): we ship in US dollars at the rate shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included and are not collected by Phoenix Hipwear: the carrier or your local postal service will ask you to pay them before delivery. If you email info@phoenixhips.com before ordering we can give you an estimate based on previous shipments to your country.
