OsteoBoston came about from Shelly's own frustration after receiving a diagnosis for Osteoporosis and not feeling like she knew what to do about it. Becoming better educated helped her to feel more empowered inspired her to create OsteoBoston as part of the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation.
